Join Amanda Peet in Supporting Global Moms Relay and Watch Live on May 5

As a mother of three, and passionate vaccine advocate, I am excited to join other mothers, global leaders and celebrities onstage at the 2016 Moms+Social Good event in New York City on May 5.  Moms+Social Good serves as the kick off to the annual Global Moms Relay which benefits five charities including Shot@Life.

Last year, I participated in the Global Moms Relay by sharing photos and thoughts from my trip to Kenya with Shot@Life.  It was in Kenya that I saw firsthand the power of global childhood immunizations and the lengths mothers would go to access these basic vaccines for their children.  The question for the 2016 Relay is:  “What do you wish were true for every child, everywhere?”  I have so many hopes and dreams for our world’s children, but most importantly I wish that all children, no matter where they live, have the opportunity to grow up happy and healthy.
