Get Seriously Silly for a Good Cause on Red Nose Day

Red Nose Day, May 26, is a time to get “seriously silly for a good cause.” Supporters don red clown noses, face paint or even shave funny patterns into the hair for this silly holiday that supports charities around the world, including our vaccine partner, Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance.

Red noses can be purchased from our Get a Shot. Give a Shot™ partner, Walgreens, for $1 and a portion of the proceeds benefit 12 charities.  Red Nose Day has raised more than a $1 billion globally in the past 25 years. This is just the second year Red Nose Day will be celebrated in the U.S. and the United Nations Foundation is getting into the spirit by donning our red noses in support of Gavi and the other 11 charities.

Gavi has supported the immunization of millions of children worldwide and they hope to immunize 8.7 million more in 2017. Please join us in support Red Nose Day by purchasing your red nose and sharing your selfie using hashtag #RedNoseDay—every dollar counts!
