As a project manager, a digital marketer, and a parent, Julie Marsh spends her days figuring out how to get stuff done as efficiently and effectively as possible, both on behalf of her family and her clients.
She has been writing online since 2005, both for herself and for a wide range of parenting-oriented publications. She spent nine years helping grow Cool Mom Picks into a well-known online magazine, and has served as a columnist for The Imperfect Parent, The Stir by CafeMom, and MamaPop. She is also a founding member of Blog With Integrity.
She has been a speaker, moderator, and panelist at various conferences including BlogHer, Mom 2.0 Summit, and Dad 2.0 Summit. She is a contributor to the anthology, “Mothers of Intention,” by Joanne Bamberger. She has been named as one of Babble’s Top 50 Mom Blogs and Top 100 Mom Blogs, and been honored by Parenting magazine as a Must Read Mom.
She is a Shot@Life Champion because she cares deeply about global public health issues. In 2012, she has the opportunity to visited Uganda to observe Family Health Days and see the work of global health organizations in action. Julie graduated from Wright State University with a BS in Environmental Science and has a MS in Telecommunications Management from University of Maryland University College.
